- What I do in Community Village
- I work in the Little People booth. If anyone has a digital picture of me could you put it up?I still do not have a digital camera. I was born in 1954, I'm a hippie and a bit of a luddite.
- Tell us a little about yourself
- My first county Fair I was a 19 year old from Connecticut and I felt like I was the only person with my clothes on. There was grass on all the paths and a volley ball game at Main Stage. There was lots of room. When I moved out here in 1985 I began working at the fair. My first year I worked at India Booth, and then I moved to the Community Village. Over the yers I've been part of Peace and Justice, Youth and Little People. I'm eligible to be an elder this year, though not sure when I will apply to become one.
- Your favorite Food booth at the fair
- Probaly India Booth, though I love so many
- Favorite thing to do at the fair
- Walk around before and after the fair is open to the public. Also I love to go to shows with family and friends and come out early Thursday morning or even on Wednesday so I have time to visit with friends while I help to get the booth ready. I also love walking around the fair during work parties and at other times of the year and see how it changes with the seasons.
